Come Find Me in Ramah - Khandava

Come Find Me in Ramah

The El Morro Community Market opened this month, and I was there for the first weekend.

It was one of those New Mexico days that can't make up its mind — blustery, cold, sunny, and somehow all three at once. Kids were playing hide and seek somewhere between the vendor stalls. Foot traffic was slow, which honestly felt appropriate for a first day. Tourism in rural America is quiet right now, and I'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

I'm set up indoors, in the building with the yellow wall — just ask for the art gallery. I'm the only vendor in there for now, though other artists may join as the season goes on. The space suits Khandava well. On my table you'll find a little bit of everything: handmade copper and silver jewelry, dramatic goth pieces alongside bright colorful artwork, candles I've made myself, incense, soap, clothing, art prints, small sculptures, all-natural deodorant and sunscreen, housewares, camping supplies, and more things that resist easy categorization.

I'll be there every Saturday and Sunday through at least June, 9am to 2pm. If you're passing through on your way to El Morro or Ice Caves, come in out of the wind for a bit.

El Morro Community Market El Morro Feed & Seed — 4019 Ice Caves Rd, Ramah, NM Saturdays & Sundays | 9am – 2pm.  Look for Khandava in the Art Gallery with the yellow wall, on the east side of the market.
