Why does Khandava have so many items on sale?
The high number of sale-priced items reflects our sourcing model, not a pricing trick. We're able to acquire limited quantities of products at a discount because those goods would otherwise end up in the waste stream — overstock from small producers, short-run items that didn't move through traditional retail channels, and end-of-line products with nowhere to go. Rather than let usable merchandise be destroyed or in a landfill, we step in, buy what we can, and pass the savings on to our customers. Quantities are genuinely limited and inventory changes often, so when something's gone, it's often gone for good.

Who owns and runs Khandava?
Khandava is a one-person operation run out of rural New Mexico. One person designs, makes, curates, packs, ships, and handles all customer support. Every item you receive has been personally handled and packed with care.
Is Khandava a sustainable store?
Yes — sustainability is central to everything we do. We reuse and repurpose packaging materials, make jewelry from reclaimed and upcycled components, rescue overstock goods from the waste stream, and often partner with small producers who prioritize eco-conscious practices, fair labor, and low-waste production.
What materials are used in Khandava Handmade jewelry?
Our handmade jewelry is crafted from reclaimed and upcycled materials whenever possible— salvaged gemstones, vintage metals, and repurposed components. Many pieces are made from old or broken jewelry transformed into something entirely new. We also carry curated vintage jewelry, and jewelry from shops we love.
Do you carry natural or non-toxic health and beauty products?
Yes. Our Health & Beauty section includes herbal remedies, supplements, natural body care, facial care, and makeup selected for people who prefer low-tox, clean alternatives to conventional products.
Why might my order arrive in a used box?
We intentionally reuse clean packaging as part of our commitment to reducing waste. If your order arrives in a box that once held something else, that's on purpose — it's one of the small ways we try to give materials a longer life.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping to the United States on orders of $150 or more. Standard rates apply below that threshold and on international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Khandava ships to many countries worldwide including Australia, Canada, the UK, most of Europe, Japan, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before returning any products so we can give you a RMA#. Final sale, custom, and hygiene items are not eligible for return. Email info@shopkhandava.com with questions.
