Return Policy


At Shop Khandava, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges in accordance with the following policy.

1. Return Timeframe

  • You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopkhandava.com within this 30-day period and include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Certain items are non-returnable (see Section 5 below).
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt.
  • Khandava is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page or during checkout)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital goods or downloadable content
  • Perishable, hygiene, or intimate items (for health and safety reasons)

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective, incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@shopkhandava.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a replacement or a full refund.

7. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

8. Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, for any reason.
  • Your card is not charged when you place an order. We only collect payment when we begin preparing your order for shipment. If you cancel before then, the temporary hold on your card is released and you won’t be charged. Depending on your bank, the pending hold may take a few business days to disappear from your statement.
  • After 15 minutes, email info@shopkhandava.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee cancellation once an order is being prepared or has shipped.
