Stalactite Hoop Necklace

This was made from a stone I picked up somewhere in my travels and tumbled until it was this beautiful waterfall.  It's attached through electroforming to a hand hammered thick hoop and hung on a 16" copper ball chain.  The pendant has been given a dark patina and is sealed to maintain the patina.  The pendant with hoop measures 3.5".

Please note, the seal will eventually wear off on this piece, and it will then take on it's own patina. For it's longevity, do not expose it to water or any harsh chemicals.  Copper pieces can be waxed with products like Renaissance wax and can also be polished with polishing cloths.
